Appearing at Sunset Concert Festival July 13

The St. Charles Companies this week welcomes Jennifer Cutting and OCEAN Celtic Band. OCEAN is the East Coast's premiere Celtic fusion band, with a live show the Washington Post calls "nothing short of spellbinding," over 20 Washington Area Music Awards, and a history of sold-out concerts. From the band’s website, “Powered by the soaring vocals of Lisa Moscatiello with composer/arranger Jennifer Cutting, OCEAN is where ancient ballads meet cutting-edge electronics, where the Bagpipes meet the Beatles, and where fans of all generations and musical tastes can enjoy the same concert!”  Jennifer Cutting and OCEAN will perform a FREE concert at the St. Charles Summer Concert Festival lakeside venue at 7 p.m. on July 13th.

Along with the concert, residents and visitors from Waldorf and Southern Maryland can enjoy the St. Charles Farmers Market from 4-7:30 p.m. on Friday with delicious produce, fresh flowers, desserts, baked goods, honey and hand-crafted soaps and can dine on chicken sandwiches, salads, wraps, sides and drinks from Chick-fil-A®.

The Sunset Concert Festival is a summer-long arts festival sponsored by The St. Charles Companies and the Southern Maryland Agricultural Development Commission. Featuring a variety of local artists and musical genres, the concerts are being held every Friday night beginning at 7 p.m.
