St. Charles Reports 202 New Home Lot Sales; $9.2 in Commcl. Sales and Expands Homebuilders w/ Addition of D.R. Horton

The St. Charles Companies reported 202 new home lot sales for 2016, the fifth year in a row in which more than 200 lots were sold in the 9,200-acre community near Waldorf, MD. In 2016, St. Charles also sold more than $9.2 million in commercial office property as demand for business locations continues to grow.  The company has also announced that national homebuilder D.R. Horton will join the St. Charles roster of single family builders in 2017.  D.R. Horton will build five different designs that offer a variety of flexibility to the consumer. D.R.
