Explore a wide range of skills essential for living in our increasingly complex world. Examine the basics of financial management, from understanding credit card agreements and credit scores to car and home financing along with the role of Homeowner Associations and mandatory fees. You will explore federal and state taxes, Social Security and Medicare, health, auto, and life insurance policies. A discussion of financial management practices and the discipline required to survive these economic times will also be discussed.
The classes will be held on Wednesdays from Feb. 22 until April 11 from 7-10 p.m at the Sheffield Neighborhood Center on Pawtucket Drive in St. Charles. Class fee is $227, and the registration code is PEP 8380-98741
