“F” is for Fall - Festivals, New Floorplans, Fiction, Families and Fun at St. Charles

Wednesday, September 5, 2012

If you thought summer was busy at St. Charles, this fall will bring week after week of exciting news and activities. On the heels of the recognition by CNNMoney of Waldorf being named #20 on the national list of Best Small Cities, St. Charles will be putting on display many of the reasons that our community is the fastest growing in Southern Maryland!

  • Our very popular Farmers Market will continue into the fall, shifting from sun-kissed summer veggies to delicious fall produce along with baked goods and local crafts.  Hours through the end of October will be 8 AM – 1 PM every Saturday.
  • On September 15th and 16th, St. Charles will host a community-wide Open House, bringing back the event that in June generated dozens of new contracts for our beautiful new homes and convenient, spacious apartments. During this Open House, new model town homes from Ryan and Lennar will be showcased. [talk about prizes/giveaways?] Stay tuned for more details!
  • On October 13th, St. Charles will celebrate fall with a festival to remember! Our Fall Festival for the Arts will bring together arts of every kind to fascinate and entertain the entire family! To kick things off, we will be welcoming Charles County’s newest library, the 30,000 square foot full service Waldorf West branch with meeting facilities for 300. The entire family will enjoy all of the arts and crafts offerings around the library and the O’Donnell Lakes boardwalk with the famous St. Charles Farmers Market, pumpkin artistry and a business expo to highlight the many commercial opportunities throughout St. Charles
  • Laterthis year, we will be celebrating the opening of the Gleneagles Neighborhood Center, with resort-style swimming pool, tennis courts and clubhouse.

We invite you to share the excitement of St. Charles – our new homes, our apartments, our incredible amenities -- this fall as we continue to grow and celebrate our community together.
