Two fireworks shows you can enjoy this Independence Day

Smallwood Village Family Fireworks: Smallwood Village Center, dusk. Sponsored by the Smallwood Village Association
Taste of Charles County: Regency Furniture Stadium, 11765 St. Linus Dr., St. Charles 4:30 – 9:30 pm.

St. Charles is the place to be for fireworks in Waldorf and Southern Maryland this 4th of July. Bring the Family to the Smallwood Village Fireworks at Smallwood Village Center off of St. Charles Parkway for St. Charles' longest-running 4th of July tradition. Curl up on a blanket at newly renovated Post Office Lake (the new flags around the lake look great!) and watch the beautiful fireworks, brought to you the neighborhood associations of Bannister, Wakefield and Huntington.

Don't have any other plans for the holiday? Then join us for a fun-filled Fourth at Regency Furniture Stadium. This family-friendly event sponsored by Charles County Government offers something for everyone with games, a car show and even a cornhole tournament! Enjoy refreshments and live music from three area bands: John Luskey, Three Sixty and Scott’s New Band. This fun-filled and family-friendly afternoon will end with an amazing fireworks display.
