Looking for a creative way to work-out your mind and body?  We’ll whip you into shape at The Studio Cooperative, a new exercise and dance studio located at O’Donnell Lake behind the St. Charles Town Center Mall.  Funded in part by a grant from the Charles County Arts Alliance, this non-profit studio offers a range of classes for almost any age such as Ballet, Pilates, Yoga, Zumba®, and Nia®.  The new, modern studio and convenient location makes it a great place to find some inner peace or to get some exercise.  If you're in need of equipment, their online store features recommended gear for pilates, yoga and dance.

With classes for all ages, body types, and ability levels and specialized offerings including Vaganova Method ballet, STOTT PILATES, Vinyasa Flow, and Jivamutki Yoga, you will be sure to find something to enjoy!  Don't worry—you don’t need to be able to pronounce the name of the class in order to participate!

The Studio Cooperative defines itself as a group of instructors working toward the following common vision:

We believe that any student who shows the desire to study should have a place to learn. Our instructors teach every discipline with a passion for the art it represents, and with deliberate care for the development of each student’s body, mind and spirit. Our success is measured by helping each student reach their ultimate potential.
