Local and national organizations continue to recognize the outstanding value and commitment to community improvement that makes St. Charles one of the best-selling master planned communities in America.
Last month, John Burns Real Estate Consulting, a national firm that tracks commercial and residential real estate data, ranked St. Charles 47th in their independent list of Top Selling Master Planned Communities for 2015.
Dan Fulton, an analyst with John Burns, noted that “... The good schools, family-oriented amenities, slower pace of life, and affordable prices at St. Charles make this community an ideal place to raise a family, while still being accessible from the Washington metro area. Along with these location and product attributes, we recognize the St. Charles development team for its outstanding execution and strong reputation in the Washington region.”
Last week, the Charles County Chamber of Commerce followed suit by naming The St. Charles Companies as 2015 recipient of the Reed W. McDonagh Memorial award for Charles County Business of the Year.
"We're very proud to announce St. Charles as our 2015 honoree," said former Chamber president Sue Greer . "Their involvement with the Chamber, their leadership on the Chamber economic development committee, and their commitment to promoting sound, ethical business ideals well beyond the borders of their planned community makes The St. Charles Companies an outstanding honoree."
"We're humbled and honored by the continuing recognition," said Craig J. Renner, vice president, marketing and public relations, in accepting the award. "We know Charles County has a bright future, and we're proud and eager to continue to fulfill our role as we work with our residents and the local business community to help realize that future for all the residents of our great county."
