St. Charles has donated land to Charles County Department of Education for public schools and associated facilities in the St. Charles project.  The location, type (i.e., elementary, middle, high school), design, applicable districting, and timeline for opening any public school within Charles County, including, within or near the St. Charles project, are in the sole and absolute discretion of Charles County.

St. Charles makes no representations or warranties concerning the current schools or future schools intended to be constructed in and around the St. Charles project, including, without limitation, the condition, design, capacity, construction, and/or quality of such schools.

Residents (including potential residents) within St. Charles are encouraged to contact Charles County Board of Education for more information concerning current and future schools intended to serve the St. Charles project.
